TMP87C807U

The TMP87C807U is designed as the high speed and high performance 8-bit single chip microcomputer which contain CPU core, ROM, RAM, input / output ports, six multi-function timer / counters, a serial interface, a high speed serial output and two clock generators on a clock.

TMP87C807U has many features. The first one is 8-bit chip microcomputer TLCS-870 series. The second one is instruction execution time 0.5us at 8MHz and 122us at 32.768kHz.
