Some absolute maximum ratings TMP86P807M have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be from -0.3V to 6.5V. The second one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. The third one is about its output voltage which would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V and would be from -0.3V to 5.5V for P20, sink open drain port.
