The TMP47P862VN is designed as the system evaluation LSI of 47C662A/862A with 64K bits one-time PROM. It programs / verifies using an adapter socket to connect with PROM programmer, as it is in TMM2764AD.

Some TMP47P862VN absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be from -0.3V to 7V. The second one is about its program voltage which would be from -0.3V to 14.0V. The third one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. The fourth one is about its output voltage which would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V and it would be from -0.3V to 10V for R0-R2, R6, R8, R9.
