The TMP47P415VN is designed as the system evalution LSI of 47C215/415 with 32K bits one-time PROM. It programs / verifies using an adapter socket to connect with PROM programmer, as it is in TMM27256AD.

Some TMP47P415VN absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be from -0.3V to 6.5V. The second one is about its program voltage which would be from -0.3V to 13.0V. The third one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. The fourth one is about its output voltage which would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V and it would be from Vdd-38V to Vdd+0.3V for P1, P2, P3, R4, R5, R6.
