The TMP47P410AN is designed as the system evalution LSI of 47C210A/410A with 32K bits one-time PROM. It programs / verifies using an adapter socket to connect with PROM programmer, as it is in TMM2764AD.

Some TMP47P410AN absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be from -0.3V to 7V. The second one is about its program voltage which would be from -0.3V to 22.0V. The third one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V. The fourth one is about its output voltage which would be from -0.3V to Vdd+0.3V and would be from -0.3V to 10V for sink open drain pin except R8.
