      The TMP47C662/862 have extended I/O ports,A/D converter,programmable pulse generator,and high breakdown voltage outputs based on the TLCS-470 series.The TMP47C662/862 havs 20 features.The first one is 4-bit single chip microcomputer.The second one is instruction execution time is 1.3 s(at 6MHz),244 s(at 32.8KHz).The third one is 92 basic instructions.The fourth one is table look-up instruction.The fifth one is 5-bit to 8-bit data conversion instruction.The sixth one is subroutine nesting is 15 levels max.The seventh one is 6 interrupt sourcec(External is 2,internal is 4),all sources have independent latches each,and multiple interrupt control is available.The eighth one is I/O port (55 pins).The ninth one is interval timer.The tenth one is tow 12-bit timer/counters,timer,event counter,and pulse width measurement mode.The eleventh one is watchdog time.The twelfth one is serial interface with 8-bit buffer,simultaneous transmission and reception capability,8/4-bit transfer,external/internal clock,and leading/trailing edge shift mode.The thirteenth one is tow 12-bit programmable pulse generator,one-shot/continuous output,external trigger,rising/falling edge tigger (external)mode.The fourteenth one is 8-bit successive approximate type A/D converter ,with sample and hold,8 analog input,conversion time is 32 s(at 6MHz).The fifteenth  one is remote control signal per-processing capability.The sixteenth one is high current outputs,LED direct drive capability (typ.20mA * 4 bits).The seventeenth one is high breakdown voltage outputs,VFT direct drive capability(max.42V * 27 bit).The eighteenth one is dual-clock operation,high-speed/low-power-consumption operating mode. The ninteenth one is hold function,8 attery/capacitor back-up.The last one is real time emulator is BM47C862.
