TMP47C407AN

The TMP47C407AN is designed as high performance 4-bit single chip microcomputer based on the TLCS-47 CMOS series with a DTMF generator and a large-capacity RAM for repertory dial, which is suitable for utilization in telephones.

TMP47C407AN has many features. The first one is 4-bit single chip microcomputer. The second one is instruction execution time is 2.1us at 3.84MHz. The third one is 90 basic instructions. The fourth one is 6 interrupt sources (external 2 and internal 4). The fifth one is input / output ports (35 pins). The sixth is two 12-bit timer / counters. The eighth one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -30°C to 60°C.
