The TMP47C241N is designed as high speed and high performance 4-bit single chip micro conputers, integrating 80-bit AD converter, watchdog timer and serial interface based on the TLCS-47 series.
TMP47C241N has many features. The first one is 4-bit single chip microcomputer. The second one is instruction execution time 1.3us at 6MHz. The third one is low voltage operation 2.7V at 4.2MHz. The fourth one is 90 basic instructions. The fifth one is subroutine nesting 15 levels max. The sixth one is 6 interrupt sources (external 2 and internal 4). The seventh one is I/O port (21 pins). The eighth one is two 12-bit timer / counters. The ninth one is internal timer. The tenth one is watchdog timer. The last one is serial interface with 4-bit buffer. That are all the main features.
