The 47C237AN has display on-screen circuit(OSD) to display bar which indicate channel or volume on TV screen , A/D converter input , D/A converter output which is suitable for application to the digital turning shuch as TV. It has lots of unique features which is as follows : 4-bit single chip microcomputer; Instruction excecution time which is 19s ( at 4.2MHz); 89 basic instruction; Table look-up instructions; Subroutine nesting which is 15 levels max; Internal timer; 3-bit A/D converter input(auto frequency control signal (s-shaped curve) detection); Pulse width modulation outputs : 14-bitresolution 1 channel and 6-bits resolution 1 channel; High current outputs (LED direct drive capability(typ. 10 mA * 4bit); Hold function: Battery or capacitor back-up.
