TMP47C103N has many features. The first one is 4-bit single chip microcomputer. The second one is instruction execution time is 1.3us at 6MHz. The third one is 90 basic instructions. The fourth one is 6 interrupt sources (external 2 and internal 4). The fifth one is input / output ports (23 pins). The sixth is two 12-bit timer / counters.
