The TLV2465AIN is designed as one member of the TLV246x family which would be low power rail to rail input / output operational amplifiers specifically for portable applications. The input common mode voltage range extends beyond the supply rails for maximum dynamic range in low voltage systems. The amplifier output has rail to rail performance with high output drive capability, solving one of the limitations of older rail to rail input / output operational amplifiers. This rail to rail dynamic range and high output drive make it ideal for buffering analog to digital converters.
TLV2465AIN has eleven features. (1) Input common mode range exceeds noth suply rails Vdd-0.2V to Vdd+0.2V. (2) Gain bandwidth product 4.4MHz. (3) Supply current is 500uV / channel. (4) Input offset voltage 100uV. (4) Input noise voltage 11nV/Hz. (5) Rail to rail output swing. (6) Slew rate 1.8V/us. (7) +/- 90mA output drive capability. (8) Micropower shutdown mode. (9) Available in 5- or 6-pin SOT23 and 8- or 10-pin MSOP. (10) Characterized from Ta=-40°C to 125°C. That are all the main features.
