The TLP908 is designed as one kind of photointerrupter infrared + photodarlington transistor with four points of features:(1)very small package:2.6 x 3.4 mm (height 1.5 mm); (2)short detection distance:optimum distance 0.5 to 1.5 mm; (3)high sensitivity:tr,tf=10 us (typ.); (4)protected from external light by black mold packaging.
