The TLP595A is desiged as photo relay which consists of an aluminum gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo MOSFET in a six lead plastic DIP package. It is a bi-directional switch which can replace mechanical relays in many applications.
TLP595A has six features. The first one is its peak off-state voltage is 60V min. The second one is on-state current which would be 300mA max. The third one is on-state resistance which would be 2 max. The fourth one is isolation voltage which would be 2500Vrms min. The fifth one is UL recognized UL1577, file No. E67349. The sixth one is trigger LED current. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of TLP595A have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its forward current which would be 30mA. The second one is about its forward current derating which would be -0.3mA/°C. The third one is about its peak forward current which would be 1A. The fourth one is about its reverse voltage which would be 5V. The fifth one is about its junction temperature which would be 125°C. The sixth one is about its off-state output terminal voltage which would be 60V. The seventh one is about its on-state RMS current which would be 300mA for A connection and 450mA for B connection and 600mA for C connection. The eighth one is about its on-state current derating which would be -3mA/°C for A connection and would be -4.5mA/°C for B connection and would be -6mA/°C for C connection. The ninth one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -55°C to 100°C. The tenth one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -20°C to 85°C. The eleventh one is about its lead soldering temperature 10s which would be 260°C. The twelfth one is about its isolation voltage (AC, 1min, RH<=60%) which would be 2500Vrms. And so on.
