The TLP525G-2 is designed as toshiba photocoupler which consists of a photo-triac optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode.
TLP525G-2 has five features. (1)Peak off-state voltage is 400V min. (2)Trigger LED current is max 10mA. (3)Peak on-state current is 2A max. (4)Isolation voltage is 2500Vrms min. (5)UL recognized file No.E67349. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of TLP525G-2 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its forward current would be 50mA. (2)Its peak forward current would be 1A. (3)Its reverse voltage would be 5V. (4)Its off-state output terminal voltage would be 400V. (5)Its On-state RMS curent would be 80mA. (6)Its peak on state current would be 2A. (7)Its peak nonrepetitive surge current would be 1.2A. (8)Its storage temperature range would be from -55°C to 125°C. (9)Its operating temperature range would be from -40°C to 100°C.
