The TLP281GB is one member of the TLP281 family which designed as one kind of small and thin coupler,suitable for surface mount assembly in applications such as PCMCIA Fax modem,programmable controllers.It consists of photo transistor,optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode.
