TLGD256

The TLGD256 is designed as one kind of 2 chip LED lamp for message board that has six features as follow:(1)2 chip series connection;(2)all plastic mold type: clear transparent lens;(3)low drive current, high intensity green light emission recommended forward current:IF=15 to 20 mA(DC);(4)all plastic molded lens, provides an excellent on-off contrast ratio;(5)fast response time, capable of pulse operation;(6)wide radiation-suitable for message board (+/-45 deg).

The absolute maximum ratings of the TLGD256 can be summarized as:(1)forward current:30 mA;(2)reverse voltage:8 V;(3)power dissipation:170 mW;(4)operating temperature range:-30 to +85;(5)storage temperature range:-40 to +120. And the electro-optical characteristic (Ta=25) can be summar-ized as:(1)forward voltage:4.3 V;(2)reverse current:5 uA;(3)luminous intensity:400 mcd;(4)peak emission wave length:567 nm;(5)spectral line half width:25 nm.
