TLE7238SL

The TLE7238SL is designed as one kind of smart octal low-side switch. This device has the Smart Power Technology (SPT) with a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and eight open drain DMOS output stages and is protected by embedded protection functions and designed for automotive applications.
