Description

TheTLE4305 is specifically designed to control the output voltage and the output current of a switch mode power supply. Independent compensation networks for the voltage- and for the current-loop can be realized by external circuitry.

The TLE4305 contains a high accuracy bandgap reference voltage, two operational trans conductance amplifier (OTA), an opto-coupler driver output stage and an high-voltage bias circuit.

The TLE4305 is based on Infineons double isolated power line technology DOPL which allows to produce high precision bipolar voltage regulators with breakdown voltages up to 45 V.
