The TLE4276 is a low-drop voltage regulator in a TOp ackage. The IC regulate san input voltage up to 40V to V_Q,nom=5.0V (V50), 8.5V(V85), 10V (V10) and adjustable voltage (V).The maximum output current is 400mA.The IC can be switched of fvia the inhibit input ,which causes the current consumption to drop below 10 A.The TLE4276 is short-circuit-proof and includes temperatur protection which turns off the device at overtemperature.
