Description

The TLE4262G is designed as one kind of 5-V low-drop voltage regulator which is shortcircuit-proof and incorporates temperature protection that disables the IC at overtemperature. This device has the integrated watchdog logic controls the connected microcontroller. The IC can be switched off via the inhibit input, which reduces the current consumption from 900 A to typical 0 A.
