The TLE2142CP is designed as one kind of high performance, internally compensated operational amplifiers built using texas instruments complementary bipolar excalibur process.
TLE2142CP has ten features. (1)Low noise 10Hz for 15nV/Hz and 1KHz for 10.5nV/Hz. (2)10000pF load capability. (3)20mA min short circuit output current. (4)27V/us min slew rate. (5)High gain-bandwidth product 5.9MHz. (6)Low Vio 500uV max at 25°C. (7)Single or split supply would be from 4V to 44V. (8)Fast settling time 340ns to 0.01% and 400ns to 0.01%. (9)Saturation recovery 150ns. (10)Large output swing would be from Vcc- +0.1V to Vcc+ -1V. Those are all the main features.
