The TL431QDBVR is designed as one kind of three-terminal adjustable shunt regulators, with specified thermal stability over applicable automotive, commercial and military temperature ranges. The output voltage can be set to any value between Vref and 36V, with two external resistors.
TL431QDBVR has six features. (1)Operation from -40°C to 125°C 0.5% for B grade and 1% for A grade and 2% for standard garde. (2)Typical temperature drift 6mV for C temp and 14mV for I temp and Q temp. (3)Low output noise. (4)0.2ohms typical output impedance. (5)Sink current capability 1mA to 100mA. (6)Adjustable output voltage Vref to 36V. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of TL431QDBVR have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its cathode voltage would be 37V. (2)Its continuous cathode current range would be from -100mA to 150mA. (3)Its reference input current range would be from -50uA to 10mA. (4)Its operating virtual junction temperature would be 150°C. (5)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
