DescriptionThe TL431ACD is one member of the TL431 family which designed as the three-terminal adjustable shunt regulators with specified thermal stability over applicable automotive, commercial, and military temperature ranges. The sharp turn-on characteristic helps this device TL431ACD excellent replacements for Zener diodes in many applications, such as onboard regulation, adjustable power supplies, and switching power supplies.
Features of the TL431ACD are:(1)operation from -40°C to 125°C;(2)typical temperature drift (TL431B):6 mV (C temp) and 14 mV (I temp, Q temp);(3)low output noise;(4)0.2- typical output impedance;(5)sink-current capability:1 mA to 100 mA;(6)adjustable output voltage:Vref to 36 V.
