TL182

The TL182 is monolithic high-speed analog switches using BIMOS technology,it comprise JFET-input buffers,level translators,and output JFET switches.

Features of the TL182 are:(1)monolithic construction;(2)adjustable reference voltage;(3)JFET inputs;(4)uniform on-state resistance for minimum singal distortion;(5)±10V analog voltage range;(6)TTL,MOS,and CMOS logic control compatibility.
