The TL081M is designed as a high speed JFET input single operational amplifier incorporating well matched, high voltage JFETand bipolar transistor in a monolithic integrated circuit. It features high slew rates, low input bias and offset currents, and low offset voltage temperature coefficient.
TL081M has seven features. (1)Wide common-mode (up to Vcc+) and differential voltage range. (2)Low input bias and offset current. (3)Output short-circuit protection. (4)High input impedance J-FET input stage. (5)Internal frequency compensation. (6)Latch free operation. (7)High slewrate 16V/us typ. Those are all the main features.
