The TL074CDR is designed as JFET-input operational amplifiers which is one member of the TL07x series, with low input bias and offset currents and fast slew rate. The low harmonic distortion and low noise make the TL07x series ideally suited for high-fidelity and audio preamplifier applications. Each amplifier features JFET inputs (for high input impedance) coupled with bipolar output stages integrated on a single monolithic chip.
TL074CDR has eleven features. (1) It would have low power consumption. (2) It has wide common-mode and differential voltage ranges. (3) It would have low input bias and offset currents. (4) It would have output short-circuit protection. (5) It would have low total harmonic distortion which would be 0.003% typ. (6) It would have low noise. (7) It would have high input impedance JFET input stage. (8) Internal frequency compensation. (9) Latch-up-free operation. (10) It would have high slew rate. (11) Common-mode input voltage range includes Vcc+. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of TL074CDR have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its supply voltage would be 18V for Vcc+ and -18V for Vcc-. (2) Its differential input voltage, Vid would be +/-30V. (3) Its input voltage would be +/-15V. (4) Its package thermal impedance would be 86°C/W. (5) Its operating virtual junction temperature would be 150°C. (6) Its case temperature for 60 seconds would be 260°C. (7) Its lead temperature 1,6 mm (1/16 inch) from case for 10 seconds would be 300°C. (8) Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses beyond those listed under "absolute maximum ratings" may cause permanent damage to the device. Exposure to absolute-maximum-rated conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability. And so on.
