TL027C

The TL027C is a monolithic two-stage high-frequency amplifier with differential inputs and outputs.Internal feedback provides wide bandwidth, low phase distortion, and excellent gain stability. Variable gain based on signal summation provides large AGC control over a wide bandwith with low harmonic distortion.

Features of the TL027C are:(1)low output common-mode sensitivity to AGC voltages; (2)input and output impedances independent of AGC voltage; (3)wide AGC range: 50 dB typ; (4)3 dB bandwidth: 50 MHz.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TL027C can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage(Vcc+) is 8 V; (2): supply voltage(Vcc-) is -8 V; (3): differential input voltge is ±5V; (4): common-mode input voltage is ±6 V; (5): output current is 10 mA; (6): operating free-air temperature is 0 to 70; (7): storage temperature range is -65 to 150.
