TL014

The TL014 is wilson current mirrors with output currents in fixed proportion to the input currents and substantially independent of changes in voltage,load, and temperature.

Features of the TL014 are:(1)wide input current range:1A to 1mA;(2)35V output capability;(3)high output impedance;(4)current ratio tolerances over full temperature range:±8% for I suffix,±7% for C suffix;(5)typically less than ±1% error at 25.
