TK71150

The TK71150 is a low dropout,linear regular housed in a standard TO-92 package,rated at 500mW.An internal PNP transistor is used to achieve a low dropout voltage of 100mV(typ.) at 30mA load current.It has a low quiescent current of 130A(typ.) at no load.
