The TIP41 is one member of the UTCTIP41 family which designed as the PNP epitaxial planar transistor. The absolute maximum ratings of the TIP42 can be summarized as:(1)collector base voltage:-100 V;(2)collector to emitter voltage:-100 V;(3)emitter-base voltage:-5 V;(4)collector current(DC):-6 A;(5)collector current(pulse):-10 A;(6)base current:-2 A;(7)collector dissipation(Tc=25°C):65 W;(8)collector dissipation(Ta=25°C):2 W;(9)junction temperature:150 °C;(10)storage temperature:-65 to +150 °C.
