TIL601

The TIL601 is a type of N-P-N planar silicon phototransistor. The absolute maximum ratings and electrical characteristics of the TIL601 can be summarized as:(1)collector emitter voltage: 50V; (2)emitter collector voltage: 7V; (3)continuous device dissipation at 25°C case temperature: 50mW; (4)operating case temperature range:-65°C to 125°C;(5)storage temperature range: -65°C to 150°C; (6)solde ring temperature(10 seconds): 240°C. Electrical characteristics: (1)collector emitter breakdown voltage(IC=100uA, Ee=0): 50V min; (2)emitter collector breakdown voltage(IC=100uA, Ee=0): 7V min; (3)collector emitter saturation voltage(IC=0.4mA, Ee=-20mW/cm²): 0.15V typ, etc.
