The TIL321A is designed as one kind of 7-segment red LED display device that has some points of operating characteristics:(1)luminous intensity at 10 mA per segment = 125 ucd;(2)waveelngth at peak emission = 655 nm;(3)spectral bandwidth = 20 nm;(4)static forward voltage at 20 mA per segment = 1.7 V;(5)static reverse current at Vr of 5 V = 100 uA.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TIL321A can be summarized as:(1)reverse voltage at 25 = 5 V;(2)peak forward current at 25 = 150 mA per segment;(3)average forward current at 25 = 25 mA per segment;(4)operating free-air temperature = -40 to +85 ;(5)lead temperature 1.6 mm below seating plane for 5 seconds = 250 .
