TIL305

The TIL305 is a type of alphanumeric display. Features of TIL305 are: (1)7.62mm(0.300 inch) character height; (2)high luminous intensity; (3)low power requirement; (4)wide viewing angle; (5)5X7 array with X Y select and decimal; (6)compatible with USASCII and EBCDIC codes.

The absolute maximum ratings and operating characteristics of the TIL305 can be summarized as: (1)reverse voltag e at 25°C free air temperature: 3V; (2)peak forward current(each diode): 100mA; (3)average forward current(each diode): 10mA; (4)operating free air temperature range: 0°C to 70°C; (5)storage temperature range:-25°C to 85°C. Operating characteristics: (1)wavelength at peak emission: 660nm; (2)average temperature coefficient of stastic forward voltage(IF=10mA, TA=0°C to 70°C): -14mV/°C; (3) static forward voltage: 1.5V min, 1.65V typ and 2V max, etc.
