Description

The THS3201DBVT is one member of the THS3201 family which is designed as the 1.8 GHz wide-band, high-speed current-feedback amplifier, THS3201DBVT can be used in (1)arbitrary waveform driver; (2)high-resolution, high-sampling rate ADC drivers; (3)high-resolution, high-sampling rate DAC output buffers; (4)if amplification for wireless communications applciations; (5)broadcast video and HDTV line drivers applications. Also this device is available in a 5-pin SOT-23, 8-pin SOIC, and an 8-pin MSOP with PowerPAD packages.

Features of the THS3201DBVT are:(1)output current: +115/.100 mA; (2)power supply voltage range: ±3.3 V to ±7.5 V; (3)unity gain bandwidth: 1.8 GHz; (4)high slew rate: 10500 V/s; (5)distortion at 100 MHz: (G = 10 V/V,; (6)RL = 100 , 2-VPP envelope): IMD3: .80 dBc and OIP3: 41 dBm; (7)noise figure : 11 dB (G = 10 V/V, RG = 28 , RF = 255 ).
