DescriptionThe THS3201DBVT is one member of the THS3201 family which is designed as the 1.8 GHz wide-band, high-speed current-feedback amplifier, THS3201DBVT can be used in (1)arbitrary waveform driver; (2)high-resolution, high-sampling rate ADC drivers; (3)high-resolution, high-sampling rate DAC output buffers; (4)if amplification for wireless communications applciations; (5)broadcast video and HDTV line drivers applications. Also this device is available in a 5-pin SOT-23, 8-pin SOIC, and an 8-pin MSOP with PowerPAD packages.
