THS3061

The THS3061 is designed as one kind of low-distortion, high slew-rate current feedback amplifier that can be used in (1)high-speed signal processing; (2)test and measurement systems; (3)VDSL line driver; (4)high-voltage ADC preamplifier; (5)video line driver applications. THS3061 belongs to the THS306x family that consumes 8.3-mA per channel quiescent current at room temperature and has the capability of producing up to ±145 mA of output current.

Features of the THS3061 are:(1)unity gain bandwidth: 300 MHz; (2)0.1 dB bandwidth: 120 MHz (G=2); (3)high slew rate: 7000 V/s; (4)HD3 at 10 MHz: 81 dBc (G=2, RL = 150 ); (5)high output current: ±145 mA into 50 ; (6)power supply voltage range: ±5 V to ±15 V.
