THS125

The THS125 is designed as one kind of TOSHIBA hall sensor GaAs ION implanted planar type, THS125 has some points of features:(1)super small package;(2)wide operating temperature range: -55 to +125 ;(3)excellent output voltage linearity;(4)excellent temperature characteristics;(5)high internal resistance: Rd = 1000 (min.);(6)low residual voltage ratio: VHO/VH = +/- 5 % (max.).
