THM84000L-10

The THM84000L-10 is one member of the THM84000 family which is designed as the 4,194,304 words by 8 bits dynamic RAM module which assembled 8 pcs of TC514000J on the printed circuit board. THM84000L-10 is optimized for application to the system which are requird high density and large capacity such as main memory of the computers and an image memory systems, and to the others which are requested compact size.
