THM321000S-10

The THM321000S-10 is one member of the THM321000 family which is designed as the 1,048,576 words by 32 bits synchronous dynamic RAM module which assembled 8 pcs of TC514400J on the printed circuit board. This device is optimized for application to the system which are requird high density and large capacity such as main memory of the computers and an image memory systems, and to the others which are requested compact size.
