THBT16011DRL

The THBT16011DRL is one member of the THBT16011 family that provides a triple bidirectional protection function. This device ensures the same protection capability with the same breakdown voltage both in longitudinal mode and transversal mode. Dynamic characteristics have been defined for several types of surges, in order to meet the SLIC maximum ratings.

Features of the THBT16011DRL are:(1)bidirectional crowbar protection between tip and gnd, ring and gnd and between tip and ring; (2)peak pulse current: IPP = 30A for 10/1000ms surge; (3)holding current: IH = 150mA; (4)available in SO8 packages; (5)low dynamic breakover voltage.
