The TH7883A is designed as one kind of full filed CCD image sensor that has some points of features:(1)image zone: 13.25 x 8.83 mm;(2)dark reference for each line;(3)square pixels (23 um x 23 um) with 100% aperture;(4)optimized resolution and responsivity in the 400 to 1100 nm spectrum (visible + near infrared): 30 db S/N at 30 milli-lux, 60% modulation at nyquist frequency;(5)4-phase operation (dynamic range: 13000/1);(6)minimum readout line: 17 ms (for entire filed).
