TFR07

The TFR07 can be used in strobo flasher applications (fast recovery) that has some points of features:(1)average forward current: IF(AV) = 0.2 A;(2)reverse voltage (DC): VRM = 500 V;(3)repetitive peak reverse surge voltage: VRRSM = 1500 V;(4)reverse recovery time: trr = 10 us.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TFR07 can be summarized as:(1)reverse voltage (DC): 500 V;(2)repetitive peak reverse surge voltage: 1500 V;(3)average forward current: 0.2 A;(4)peak one cycle surge forward current (non repetitive): 10 A;(5)junction temperature: -40 to +125 ;(6)storage temperature range: -40 to +125 .

The electrical characteristics of the TFR07 can be summarized as:(1)peak forward voltage: 1.50 V;(2)reverse current: 10 uA;(3)repetitive peak reverse surge current: 100 uA;(4)reverse recovery time: 10 us.
