The TFDU4300-TT1 is designed as one kind of low profile (2.5 mm) infrared transceiver module that is compliant to the latest IrDA physical layer standard for fast infrared data communication, supporting IrDA speeds up to 115.2 kbit/s (SIR) and carrier based remote control. And this device consists of a PIN photodiode, an infrared emitter (IRED), and a low-power control IC to provide a total front-end solution in a single package.
