TFDU4203-TR1

The TFDU4203-TR1 is one member of the TFDU4203 family which is designed as the integrated low profile transceiver device that is mechanically designed for lowest profile with a height of only 2.8 mm. This device also can be operated without external current limiting resistor to achieve full SIR compliance (range > 1 m in full ±15° cone). This device can be used in mobile phones, pagers, personal digital assistants (PDA), handheld battery operated equipment applications.
