Description

The TDM3023 is a random phase triac driver. Its circuit is composed of a GaAs LED optically coupled to a random phase triac driver chip. The TDM3023 provides high input-to-output isolation in a miniature 4 pin SOP package. It is designed to drive high-power triacs. Typical uses include interfacing logic level control signals to components and equipment powered from 110Vac and 220Vac lines controlling resistive and inductive loads.



The TDM3023 consists of a single input LED optically coupled to a random-phase triac driver. The TDM3023 provides igh input-to-output isolation and is designed to drive high-powered triacs.
