TDA2020

The TDA2020 is designed as one kind of monolithic integrated circuit in a 16-lead dual in-line plastic package. The features of this device are:(1)excellent versatility in use (Vs from 4 to 20 V);(2)high open loop gain;(3)low distortion;(4)low noise;(5)large automatic level control range;(6)good supply ripple rejection;(7)stereo matching better than 3 dB.

And the functions incorporated of the TDA2020 are:(1)low noise preamplifier;(2)automatic level control system (ALC);(3)high gain equalization amplifier;(4)supply voltage rejection facility (SVRF). This device is intended as preamplifier in cassette tape recorders and players, distaphones, compressor and expander in industrial equipments, Hi-Fi preamplifiers and in wire diffusion receivers; for stereo applications the ALC matching is better than 3 dB.

The absolute maximum ratings of the TDA2020 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage: +/- 22V;(2)input voltage: Vs V;(3)differential input voltage: +/- 15 V;(4)output peak current (internally limited): 3.5 A;(5)power dissipation at Tcase </= 75: 25 W;(6)storage and junction temperature: -40 to +150 .
