TDA1599T

The TDA1599T is designed as one kind of IF amplifier/demodulator for FM radio receiver device that provides IF amplification, symmetrical quadrature demodulation and level detection for quality home and car FM radio receivers and is suitable for mono and stereo reception.

Features of the TDA1599T are:(1)Balanced limiting amplifier; (2)Balanced coincidence demodulator; (3)Two open-collector stop pulse outputs for microcomputer tuning control; (4)Simulated behaviour of a ratio detector (internal field strength and detuning dependent voltage for dynamic AF signal muting); (5)Mono/stereo blend field strength indication control voltage; (6)AFC output; (7)3-state mode switch for FM-MUTE-ON, FM-MUTE-OFF and FM-OFF; (8)Internal compensation of AF signal total harmonic distortion (THD); (9)Built-in hum and ripple rejection circuits.
