TDA1519 has thirteen features. (1)Requires very few external components. (2)High output power. (3)Fixed gain. (4)Good ripple rejection. (5)Mute/stand-by switch. (6)Load dump protection. (7)AC and DC short-circuit-safe to ground and VP. (8)Thermally protected. (9)Reverse polarity safe. (10)Capability to handle high energy on outputs (VP=0V). (11)No switch-on/switch-off plop. (12)Protected against electrostatic discharge. (13)Compatible with TDA1517 (except gain). Those are all the main features.
