TDA1059B

The TDA1059B is one member of the TDA1062 family which is designed as the monolithic integrated circuit device with a current limiter and with good thermal characteristics in a TO-126 plastic package for easy mounting. This device is intended to regulate the speed of d.c.motors in record players, cassette recorders and car cassette recorders.
