The TD7614F is designed as one kind of 3-wire and system, 1.3 GHz direct two modulus-type frequency synthesizer device that has some points of features:(1)3-wire bus system (software-compatible with TD6380 series); (2)built-in 4-band switch transistor; (3)built-in tuning amp (high withstanding voltage of 35 V); (4)select switch can be selection of 31.25 kHz, 50 kHz or 62.5 kHz frequency steps; (5)effects on sound signal suppressed by raising reference frequency; (6)compact flat package: 20-pin FP (1.27 mm pitch); (7)pin layout is mirror image of TD6380 series.
