TD6127

The TD6127 is one member of the TD6134AF family which is designed as the ECL prescaler for digital synthesized tuner that is also a 2 modulus prescaler developed for communications radio of PLL frequency synthesizer type. This device can be used in mobile radio telephone and personal communications radio etc.

Features of the TD6127 are:(1)maximum operating frequency is 1 GHz;(2)2 modules prescaler: N= 64 / 65 and N= 128 / 129;(3)input voltage sensitivity is 50 mVrms;(4)the package is DIP 8 pins.
